We confirm a booking only when we issue written confirmation and receive any required deposit. Please review your confirmation and report any errors promptly. 2. Deposits and Payments We will disclose deposit amounts, payment deadlines, and the balance due before confirmation and record them in your booking agreement. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation, subject to the agreement and applicable law. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Submit cancellation requests in writing. The date we receive your request determines the notice period. Your booking agreement will set out cancellation fees and refund eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed within the communicated timeframe and any period required by law. 4. Booking Amendments To change the date, scope, location, or services, submit your request in writing. Changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by Global Construxit. Pricing or terms changes require your approval. 5. No-Shows and Access Failure to attend, use booked services, or provide agreed access without prior cancellation may result in deposit forfeiture or additional charges, as specified in your booking agreement and permitted by law. Notify us promptly of delays or access issues. 6. Changes by Global Construxit If we change or cancel your booking, we will notify you promptly and discuss rescheduling or a refund for services not provided, subject to your booking agreement and applicable law. 7. Events Beyond Our Control Events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters or government restrictions, may delay or prevent service delivery. We will notify affected clients and take reasonable steps to minimize disruption. Rescheduling and refunds will follow the booking agreement and applicable law. 8. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate information, communicate relevant changes, arrange agreed access and site readiness, and comply with applicable safety requirements. 9. Disputes and Contact For inquiries, changes, or cancellations, please contact Global Construxit using the details in your booking confirmation. We will handle unresolved disputes under the booking agreement and applicable laws. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
